Eden Counselling is based in Edenbridge. I offer therapy for couples and individuals in person and online.

I want people to enjoy therapy, to get the most out of it that they can, and to offer it in a down to earth, non-judgemental way.

I am an integrative therapist which means I have studied and work within different methods of therapy.

I choose the best approach for each client as I think everyone is individual and no one solution fits all. I believe in the person-centred approach, and that we all have the ability within us to heal ourselves and choose our own path, I think sometimes we just need a little help to get there! I also like to work psychodynamically - looking at our past experiences and relationships, to spot patterns of behaviour or communication that may no longer work for us. I'm very down to earth, I pride myself on being non-judgemental and I genuinely believe counselling can help everyone, no matter how big or small you feel the issue is.

Relationship Therapy…

I also offer a range of Couple's Therapy and am trained in The Imago technique which looks at how our past relationships and childhood can effect our present ways of relating. It helps couples examine what is happening between them by looking at how they communicate with each other and what might be going wrong. It teaches them how to understand each other's experiences and ways of seeing things and how best to address difficult conversations or situations.
